if you haven't guessed already, one of my favourite designers is sass & bide. girly but edgy, it is one label where almost every piece i own, want or must have.

The dress i got on sale. The vest...well, i tell myself it is an investment piece. $490 for a vest?? insane...yet i swear it was calling me from it's place proudly displayed on a wall. 'come on...you know you wanna take me home.'
i have to admit, the thing is pretty crazy, what with it's ruffles and studs. but i love it.

another thing i've been rocking lately is pink PINK lips. a little pretty, a little whorish, digging it.

todays outfit! nice and simple...seeing as this hot weather refuses to let up.

as the colour in my hair fades out, i've been left with more and more blonde. yesterday a woman asked me if this was my natural hair colour. i would have thought (by the regrowth and the plain fact it is odd coloured) that the answer is obvious? but if people want to think i'm some sort of 'exotic european' (in her words), then hey, i'm digging it.

I woke up as soon as i heard the courier pull up at my front door, hurriedly got dressed and paraded around admiring my feet.
This explains why i look half asleep in these pictures, and also why they are a little blurry (hehe!)

These are a size 8.5 yet are a little tight on my feet...i will eternally curse whoever i inherited wide set toes from! A lot of walking and stretching is in order before i leave for america...

it's still so hot being outside is an ordeal, let alone wearing anything. at least i can depend on my trusty backless dress to keep me feeling cool (in both ways, of course..!)

i don't actually own any foundation or powder. lately this has seemed more and more odd to me. i don't even know how to correctly apply either product! but I hardly see the point when my skin is clear enough as it is.

even though i'm saving every penny i have for new york, i 'forgot' my promise not to buy anything unneccessary and, after weeks of daily ebay scouring, managed to get my hands on a new pair of see by chloe studded combat boots. love love love these. and the way i see it, a must have item to take to ny with me.
